Training in working with scanning equipment and image analysis of X-ray devices

      OnDecember8-10, 2024, The Training-MethodicalCenter of the StateRevenueCommittee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan(TMC SRC MF RK)conducted a full-time special courseforemployees of the territorialstaterevenuebodies on the topic:"Training in workingwithscanningequipmentandimageanalysis of X-raydevices"(hereinafter- X-raydevices) in customs post "Bakhty"of Abayregion.

      The purpose of the course: to improve the quality of controlatbordercheckpoints,where the integratedsystemisequipmentandcrew, the implementation by X-raydevicesoperators of a qualifiedanalysis of scannedimageswithdata on the contents of submitteddocuments.

      The main topics of the program:

      - Improving weapon detection skills;

      - Detection of explosives and detonation devices;

      - Preventing the smuggling of drugs and other illegally transported goods;

      - Descriptionandapplication of X-raytelevisioninstallations.

       As part of the event, participants:

      - learn to identify signs of hidden weapons, explosives, ammunition and the suppression of attempts to illegally transport prohibited substances and contraband goods.

       The lecturers of the training course were the staff of the TMC SRC MF RK:

       - Kasymbekov A. P.- chief specialist of TMC SRC MF RK:

       - DuisenbayevaK.V.- the chiefspecialist of the TMC SRC MF RK.

       As a result of the event, 18participants were trained and successfullypassed the finaltestingandreceived the appropriatecertificates.
