Cooperation in the field of education and training of customs personnel

         On December 6, 2024, an online seminar was held, organized as part of the interaction between the Training-Methodical Center of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (TMC SRC MF RK) and the Customs Institute of the Customs Committee under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan (CI CC MEF RU). The main purpose of the event was the development of professional skills and the exchange of experience in the field of education and training for customs authorities.

       During the seminar, the participants discussed key topics:

       "Fundamentals of teaching and learning methodology" – modern approaches to curriculum development and effective methods of knowledge transfer were discussed.

      "Organizational management and leadership" – the issues of team management, formation of leadership competencies and strategic planning in a professional environment are considered.

      "Gender equality" – emphasis was placed on the importance of integrating the principles of equality into educational and professional processes.

       The lecturers at the event were:

       – Zhanna Islyamova - Head of the Department of Staff Development and Retraining of the TMC SRC MF RK.

       – Khurshida Fayzullayeva - a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Advanced Training of the CI CC MEF RU.

       – Akhmedova Nilufar - a senior lecturer at the Department of Foreign Languages of the CI CC MEF RU.

         The event was attended by representatives of educational institutions of the two countries, as well as experts in the field of customs. The format of the seminar made it possible to create an interactive platform for dialogue, where participants shared best practices and discussed prospects for further cooperation.

        Following the results of the seminar, the parties confirmed their readiness to deepen cooperation and implement joint educational projects aimed at improving the professionalism of staff and strengthening international cooperation.

        The Training-Methodical Center of the SRC MF RK and the Customs Institute of the CI CC MEF Republic of Uzbekistan plan to continue the practice of holding such events that promote knowledge exchange and the development of professional competencies.
