Press Release By order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 31, 2024 № 500 changes were made to the Order of the Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 10, 2020 №665 «On Approval of the Rules for the Provision of Public Services by State Revenue Bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan»

Аmendments and additions have been made in terms of shortening the terms of provision of certain public services, bringing them into line with regulatory legal acts (the Law «On Legal Acts», the Law «Of informatization», the Law «On public Servises», the Law «On Аmendments and additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on business issues»), the register of public services, as well as additions to description of the businesses process of providing public servises.

The purpose of the amendments is to implement the execution of the register of public services, including in it the most popular life and business situations by citizens and businesses, ensuring the automation of the procedure for providing 31 public services in customs and tax areas, as well as bringing them into compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The order has been registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 31 2024 year  № 34849.

The order is put into effect after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
