We hereby inform citizens that the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 31, 2024 №504 «On approval of the Rules for issuing opinions by authorized bodies whose competence includes making decisions on the possibility of burial, neutralization, disposal or destruction of goods in another way» (hereinafter – the Order) is posted on the «e-Government Portal» in the section «Open Government» - «Open NPAs».

The order was developed in implementation of subparagraph 1) of Article 330 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan", as well as paragraph 28 of the Order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On measures to implement the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2024 «On amendments and additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on business».

The Order was registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for №34864 dated 07/31/2024.
