PRESS RELEASE on the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated July 19, 2024, № 470 “On amendments to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 2020, № 374 “On сertain issues of accounting and reporting to the state revenue authority”

By the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of  Kazakhstan dated July 19, 2024, № 470 amendments have been made to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 2020, № 374 «On certain issues of accounting and reporting to the state revenue authority».

The amendments have been developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of  Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2024, "On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on business matters" in order to bring them into line with the adopted version of Article 167 of the code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On customs regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan», namely, the exclusion of duplicate standards for the provision of reporting by the owners of warehouses for storing own goods.

The order was officially registered with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan on July 22, 2024, № 34773.
