Draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments and additions to some orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" Registration of accompanying invoices for goods (Registration of accompanying invoices for goods)

Dear taxpayers!

 

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that a draft order of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to some Orders of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter – the Draft Order) has been developed.

This Draft Order provides for the following changes and additions:

the use of product codes (GTIN or others) when making AIG and issuing an EI (voluntarily);

mandatory indication of the «Net weight» when importing/exporting goods within the EAEU from January 1, 2025 (before the specified date voluntarily);

mandatory registration of AIG for the sale of liquefied petroleum gas from October 1, 2024;

optimization of the AIG form (reduced by 29 graphs).

Also, this draft order introduced clarifications and editorial edits taking into account law enforcement practice.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=15100194 June 25, 2024.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until Jule 10, 2024.
