The draft order was developed in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law «On Legal Acts», as well as in accordance with subparagraph 2) Paragraph 17 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2024 «On Amendments and additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on communications, digitalization, improvement of the investment climate and elimination of excessive legislative regulation».
