PRESS RELEASE to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 2020 № 374 "On certain issues of accounting and reporting to the State Revenue Authority»

The amendments were developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 6, 2024 «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on business issues» in order to bring them into line with the adopted version of Article 167 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan», namely, the exclusion of subparagraph 6) from Articles 167 of the Code.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft order is until June 18, 2024.
