About the launch of the new information system “Integrated Tax Administration System” (ISNA)

In 2024, it is planned to launch a new information system of state revenue authorities, “Integrated System of Tax Administration” (ISNA).

ISNA will replace the functionality of 7 existing systems: INIS, TSULS, Excise, SONO, KNP, Portal, ISH.

When developing ISNA, a modern technology stack was used, as well as open-source software (open-source solution).

ISNA is built on a microservice architecture that ensures uninterrupted operation of a highly loaded and scalable IS.

The launch of ISNA will make it possible to provide better services to taxpayers, organize electronic interaction at a higher quality level, and also simplify and automate certain administration processes.

One of the positive aspects will be ensuring a high level of system availability per unit of time, i.e. simultaneous access to the Taxpayer's Account for more than 250 thousand users.

Optimizing business administration processes, as well as minimizing the participation of employees in document processing processes, will speed up processes such as revocation of the RPRO, automatic change in the status of notifications when executed by the taxpayer.

In addition, the KNP implements the possibility of electronic submission of responses to notifications, including with the attachment of the necessary documents. The status of the notification will also be monitored in the KNP.

ISNA fully automates the process of rehabilitation and bankruptcy of legal entities, which will allow interaction with administrators and bankruptcy trustees electronically.

Providing open APIs for external systems is a step towards a service model by government revenue authorities. The list of services will constantly expand.

All of the above effects will lead to increased NP satisfaction with electronic interactions with the OGD.

The launch of ISNA is carried out in stages with the involvement of interested taxpayers; the full launch of ISNA is planned for the end of 2024.
