PRESS RELEASE to the draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2023 №17 «On the definition of the National operator of the Information System for tracking international road transport»

The draft resolution was developed in order to bring the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2023 No. 17 «On Determining the national Operator of the International Road Transport Tracking Information System»  in accordance with paragraph 10 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 21, 2024 «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on communications, digitalization, improvement of the investment climate and elimination of excessive legislative regulation».
