PRESS RELEASE to the draft joint order «On approval of the Rules for issuing an opinion, which specifies the method and place of destruction issued by authorized bodies whose competence includes the issue of the possibility of burial, neutralization, disposal or destruction of goods in another way placed under the customs procedure of destruction»

The draft was developed in order to bring it into line with subparagraph 1) of Article 330 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Customs Regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan», in connection with the amendments approved by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on business issues» and defines the rules for issuing an opinion in which the method and place of destruction issued by the authorized bodies, whose competence includes the issue of the possibility of burial, neutralization, disposal or destruction of goods in another way placed under the customs procedure of destruction, are indicated.
