PRESS RELEASE to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Order of the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 10, 2020 №374 «On certain Issues of Accounting and Reporting to the State Revenue Authority»

The project was developed in order to bring it into line with:

1) by the decision of international organizations, by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission № 80 dated September 14, 2021;

2) according to paragraph 2 of Article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On legal acts».  

The Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission №54 dated July 16, 2012 became invalid by the Decision of the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission №80 dated September 14, 2021.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts https://legalacts.egov.kz/npa/view?id=15012849 April 11, 2024.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until April 25, 2024.
