Press release to the draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to some Orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (№119, №323)

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan» (hereinafter - the Draft).

The purpose of the adoption of the Draft is to amend the criterion for determining taxpayers who carry out business activities without registration, taking into account the norms of Article 35 of the Business Code, as well as to bring the form of information received in accordance with subparagraph 3) paragraph 4 of Article 69 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Taxes and other mandatory payments to the budget (Tax Code)».

The implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of funds from the republican budget.

The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic, legal and (or) other consequences.
