Press release of the seminar on the topic «Universal Declaration» and «Bankruptcy of individuals» 28.03.2023, Turkestan

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the educational and methodological Center held a seminar for employees of State Revenue bodies of Turkestan and Kyzylorda regions on March 28, 2024.

The purpose of the seminar is to explain the law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «on restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan» and «on Universal Declaration» N178 dated 30.12.2022.

This seminar was attended by judges of the Supreme Court, judges of district and administrative regional courts, interested employees of state bodies – 7 employees, Department of education of the region (by Regions and cities) – 10 employees, NCE «Atameken» (by Regions and cities, etc.) – 3 employees, «PSC» NJSC GC «Corporation for Citizens» (by Regions and cities, etc.) – 10 employees, consultants of the project «debt-free society» in the region – 15 employees, 91 employees directly involved in the issues of Universal Declaration and rehabilitation of bankruptcy of the above-mentioned territorial state bodies related.

In order to explain the procedure for Universal Declaration and restoration of solvency, as well as the application of extrajudicial and judicial bankruptcy procedures, the procedure and conditions for their implementation were discussed by the head of the administration of non-production payments, assets and debts of individuals of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Kusainova D. K., head of the administration of work with debt and insolvent debtors of the state enterprise of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Sisembayeva M. K., deputy head of the educational and methodological center of the state enterprise of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Kassymkulova L. T., deputy head of the Department for work with debts and insolvent debtors of the state enterprise of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Rakhmetova A. B., chief expert of the Department of income Administration of individuals of the state enterprise of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan – Khasenova G. S. spoke.

In accordance with the program of the seminar, training was conducted on the basis of the SRD in the Turkestan region in order to determine the level of knowledge of SRD employees (test results are attached).

Thus, following the results of field meetings, the Working Group on UD and BN carried out a large-scale work: a seminar was held for 280 students, of which 91 employees of state revenue bodies of Turkestan and Kyzylorda regions improved their professional skills.
