Press release of the seminar on the topic «Universal Declaration» and «Bankruptcy of individuals» 28.03.2023, Shymkent

On March 29, 2024, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a training seminar for the population, including judges, consultants of the Karyzsyz Kogam project, the NGO "Governments for Citizens", as well as employees of the state revenue authorities of Zhambyl region and Shymkent.
The purpose of the event was to train people directly involved in explaining to the public the main provisions of the Law providing for bankruptcy of citizens, the existing problems in its implementation and ways to solve them, as well as the implementation of the III stage of universal declaration.
The speakers were the head of the Department of Personal Income Administration of the Committee - D.K. Kusainova, Head of the Department for Work with Insolvent Debtors of the Committee - M.K. Sisembayeva, Deputy Head of the Department for Work with Insolvent Debtors of the Committee A.B. Rakhmetova.
Following the meeting, the participants were awarded certificates. The seminar also provided comprehensive answers to the questions asked by the audience.
