to the draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan

«On signing the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Specifics of criminal and Administrative Liability for Violations of the Customs legislation of the Customs Union and the Member States of the Customs Union dated July 5, 2010»

The draft Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On signing the Protocol on Amendments to the Agreement on the Specifics of Criminal and Administrative Liability for Violations of the Customs Legislation of the Customs Union and the Member States of the Customs Union dated July 5, 2010»
(hereinafter — the Draft) is subject to ratification in accordance with subparagraph 9) of Article 11 and paragraph 2 of Article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhstan dated May 30, 2005 №54 «On International Treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan».

The draft provides for the definition of principles and approaches that the EAEU member States will follow when establishing criminal and administrative liability for relevant violations in their legislation.
