Inspections of quarantined enterprises will be suspended

Since the end of the state of emergency, tax and customs inspections are resumed, taking into account the working hours of business entities.

So, in case of departure of employees of the checked enterprise to quarantine, the business entity is handed a request for the provision of documents with the suspension of verification until the resumption of activities and the possibility of providing documents for verification.

To date, there are 1403 tax and 382 customs checks in production.

At the same time, in order to reduce direct contacts with the Ministry of internal AFFAIRS, the majority of non-designated exit customs inspections will be switched to a remote format by assigning Desk customs inspections without visiting business entities (more than 60 inspections).

It should also be noted that in order to support business, the state tax service refused to form a schedule of tax audits for the second half of 2020, which is about 700 inspections.

State revenue agencies will conduct unscheduled inspections for specific violations.
