Kazakhstan's experience in supporting taxpayers during a pandemic presented to the BRI countries

June 2, 2020 Chairman of the SRC MF RK Marat Sultangaziev participated in the virtual conference, organized by the Secretariat of the Forum of cooperation of tax administrations in the framework of the initiative "One belt, one road" (Secretariat opop) with the participation of heads of tax administrations of member countries on the theme of "countermeasures Covid-19: prospects BRITACʘM".

The conference was held in order to provide a platform for further exchange of information and experience on measures of fiscal and tax support for businesses during the coronavirus pandemic, as well as cooperation in the field of international taxation.

Chairman M. E. Sultangaziev made a presentation on Kazakhstan's experience in supporting taxpayers, in particular, he spoke about the measures taken by the Government of the country aimed at maintaining favorable business conditions and tax administration.

At the end of his speech, as Vice-Chairman of the opop Secretariat, M. E. Sultangaziev expressed hope to hold the Second Conference Of the forum for cooperation of tax administrations within the framework of the "one belt, one road" initiative in may 2021, in Kazakhstan.
