On approval of the Rules, terms and form of submission by the LE established by the decision of the Government of the RK, providing in accordance with the legislation of the RK the accounting for PC, SC and SP, contributions and deductions for MSHI, available information about individuals

Draft Order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 29, 2020 № 539 «On approval of the Rules, terms and form of submission by the legal entity established by the decision of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan the accounting for pension contributions, social contributions and social payments, contributions and deductions for mandatory social health insurance, available information about individuals» (hereinafter – the Draft Order) was developed as part of the implementation of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2023 (effective July 1, 2023).   

The draft order provides for editorial amendments regarding the exclusion of references to the Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On Pension provision in the Republic of Kazakhstan» and «On mandatory social insurance», due to the loss of their force and the adoption of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of Open regulatory legal acts (https://legalacts.egov.kz/arm/admin/viewcard?id=14598561) on June 6, 2023. 

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until June 20, 2023.
