PRESS RELEASE to the draft order "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2018 No. 216 "On certain issues of arrival and customs transit of goods and vehicles"

In order to establish a time interval and a clear regulation of the actions of officials when fixing the date and time of notification of the arrival of goods into the customs territory of the Eurasian Economic Union, regulating the release of goods upon departure, as well as bringing in line with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", amendments to the above order have been developed.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until June 13, 2023.
