        By order of the Acting Deputy The Prime Minister - Acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 30, 2023 No. 308 amended the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2018
No. 295 "On Approval of a Standard Insurance Contract for the Purpose of Ensuring the Fulfillment of the Obligation to Pay customs Duties and taxes when Performing Customs Operations".
       The amendments were made in order to fulfill the instructions of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the revision of regulations and the formation of a list of mandatory requirements in the field of entrepreneurship in accordance with new methods of regulation "from scratch", also the changes are editorial in nature.
      This order shall enter into force upon the expiration of ten calendar days after the date of its first official publication.
