On approval of the list of tax applications submitted through a State Corporation "Government for citizens"

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, together with the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in accordance with paragraph 2 of Article 27 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Legal Acts", has developed a draft order "On invalidation of the joint order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 19, 2018 No. 239 and the Minister of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dated February 16, 2018 No. 47 "On approval of the list of tax Applications submitted through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens".

The Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on amendments and additions to the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code) and the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On the Introduction of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kazakhsan "On Taxes and Other Mandatory Payments to the Budget" (Tax Code)", amended paragraph 3 Article 208 of the Tax Code regarding the exclusion of the list of tax applications submitted through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens".

Public services provided through the State Corporation "Government for Citizens" are reflected in the Register of Public Services, approved by the order of the Acting Minister of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 31.01.2020 No. 39/NK.
