Applications received by the relevant state revenue authorities will be automatically processed in the back-system on the web portal Qoldau.kz JSC "Information and Accounting Center", which implemented more than 30 integrations with databases of government agencies and organizations.
The results of the conducted scoring by means of data integration with the use of format-logical control will completely eliminate the "human factor" when processing applications and inform citizens about the results of the provision of public services via SMS notification from service 1414, that is, about the refusal or application of bankruptcy proceedings.
In case of receipt of a Notification of refusal to apply for an out-of-court bankruptcy procedure, a citizen has the right to file a second application after excluding the grounds that caused the refusal, but not earlier than 3 (three) calendar months after the date of receipt of the refusal.
If there is property, a citizen has the right to file an application to the court on the application of the procedure for restoring solvency or judicial bankruptcy," said Deputy Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairat Miyatov.
