The draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of forms of conclusions of the financial manager"

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On approval of forms of conclusions of the financial Manager" (hereinafter – the Draft).

The project was developed in order to implement sub-paragraphs 2) and 4) of Article 9, Articles 24 and 43 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 30, 2022 "On restoration of solvency and bankruptcy of citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan", according to which the form of conclusions of the financial manager is approved by the authorized body.

The deadline for public discussion of the Project is until February 10, 2023.
