         The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On amendments to the Resolution of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated August 10, 2015 № 634 «On determining the licensor for Licensing activities for the production of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages, the production of tobacco products, storage activities and wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages, with the exception of storage activities and wholesale sale of alcoholic beverages on the territory of its production, as well as the storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages, except for the storage and retail sale of alcoholic beverages on the territory of its production, and the state body that coordinates the issuance of a license and (or) an appendix to the license to carry out activities in the field of alcohol production in terms of the applicant's compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan" in order to make an editorial amendments in connection with the renaming of the city of Nur-Sultan – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Astana – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan, according to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 17, 2022 № 1017 «On renaming the city of Nur-Sultan – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the city of Astana – the capital of the Republic of Kazakhstan».
