The draft order" on approval of the list of taxpayers subject to monitoring by large taxpayers" Press release

         The draft order "On approval of the List of taxpayers subject to monitoring of large taxpayers" was developed in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 130 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Taxes and other mandatory payments to the Budget" (Tax Code).
         The purpose of the adoption of this draft order is to approve the List of taxpayers subject to monitoring of large taxpayers for 2023-2024, in connection with the expiration of the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 28, 2020 No. 1241 "On approval of the List of taxpayers subject to monitoring of large taxpayers".
         The adoption of the draft order will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
