        On amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2018 No. 294 “On certain issues of ensuring the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations of a legal entity carrying out activities in the field of customs case, and (or) an authorized economic operator"

        The project was developed in accordance with the current Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 2, 2021 "On amendments and additions to certain legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the restoration of economic growth" and Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 26, 2018 No. 294 "On certain issues of ensuring fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations of a legal entity carrying out activities in the field of customs and (or) an authorized economic operator.

         The draft order implies bringing into line with the method of providing public services Requirements for the provision of public services "Registration of the fulfillment of the obligation to pay customs duties, taxes, special, anti-dumping, countervailing duties, as well as ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations of a legal entity carrying out activities in the field of customs and (or) an authorized economic operator”, and reflecting in the Rules cases of the provision of public services in electronic form through the “electronic government” web portal www.egov.kz. in accordance with the norms of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Public Services" (hereinafter referred to as the Law on Public Services).

         The draft was posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts from June 27, 2022 to July 12, 2022 (http://legalacts.egov.kz).
