Тo the draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2015 № 646 «On approval of the Rules for Assigning personal identification numbers-codes»

The Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan has developed a draft order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2015 № 646 «On approval of the Rules for assigning personal identification numbers–codes» in order to bring it into compliance with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Namely, in accordance with the order of the Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14 2022  № 410 «On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 8, 2018 No. 144 «On Approval of the Rules for Obtaining, Accounting, Storage, Issuance of Excise and Accounting Control Stamps and Submission of Obligations, Report of Importers on the Intended Use of Accounting Control Stamps when Importing Alcoholic Beverages to the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also accounting and the amount of collateral for such an obligation», where paragraph 17 of the Rules for Obtaining, Accounting, Storage, issuance of Accounting and Control Stamps and Presentation of the Obligation has been changed, the report of the manufacturer and (or) importer on the intended use of accounting and control marks in the production and (or) import of alcoholic beverages to the Republic of Kazakhstan.
