Draft Order on amendments and additions to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated September 29, 2015 No. 498

The draft law "On amendments and additions to the decree of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 29, 2015, No. 498 "On approval of the Rules of equipment of technological lines of production of ethyl alcohol and (or) the alcoholic beverages control metering devices, their operation and implementation of accounting, except for the production of wine, beer and beer beverage, which production facilities are below four hundred thousand decalitres per year"" (hereinafter – the Draft Order) developed in order to bring it into line with paragraphs 4-1) and 7) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On state regulation of production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages",. 

Thus, paragraph 10 of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and Additions to some legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on technical regulation, entrepreneurship, improvement of the system of public administration and payments"  amendments have been made to subparagraphs 4-1) and 7) of Article 1 of the Law of the Republic  Kazakhstan "On the state regulation of the production and turnover of ethyl alcohol and alcoholic beverages", according to which the terms "beer and beer drink" are replaced by "brewing products", and "wine material" by "wine liquid" (effective from January 1, 2022)
