Manzorov Serik Bagdatovich was appointed Head of the State Revenue Department for the Mangystau region

By order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Manzorov Serik Bagdatovich was appointed Head of the State Revenue Department for Mangystau region.

S.B. Manzorov was born in 1983. In 2004 he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a degree in law, in 2006 he graduated from West Coast University (Great Britain) with a degree in Business Administration Manager, in 2009 he graduated from T.Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University with a Bachelor degree in Finance, in 2010 he graduated from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan with a Master degree in State and Local Administration.  

He started his career in 2006 in the Akim 's Office for Almaly district of Almaty. Until 2009, he worked as a specialist in the district akimats of Almaty.

From November 2010 to October 2013, he worked as Deputy Head of the Tax Department for Turksib, Medeu districts of Almaty.

From 2013 to 2015 he worked as Deputy Akim of Bostandyk district of Almaty.

Since 2015, he has been working in various positions in the state revenue bodies.

The last position is Deputy Head of the State Revenue Department for Nur-Sultan city.
