Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Currently, a draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
"On Amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (hereinafter - the draft) is posted on the portal of open regulatory legal acts.

This draft has been developed on the basis of the recommendations of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development and regulates the procedure for filling in and submitting three–level reports by multinational enterprises on transfer pricing - local, main and country-by-country reporting.

The project has been discussed by public since 02.09.2021 and is relevant until 16.09.2021.
