On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

The draft law "On amendments to the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 15, 2018 № 193 "On approval of the Rules for retention (suspension) of cash and (or) monetary instruments across the customs border of the Eurasian Economic Union, upon receipt of information provided by law enforcement agencies and (or) the authorized body on the possible involvement in money laundering and financing of terrorism" and the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 19, 2018 No. 237 "On approval of the Rules for confirmation of import of goods for personal use into the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union and back after their export from the customs territory of the Eurasian economic Union" is posted for public comment on the Internet-portal "Open LSI" (https://legalacts.egov.kz/arm/admin/viewcard?id=11320732) until 21 September 2021.
