Press release to the draft Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 2015 No. 178 "On approval of the Rules for electronic auction for the sale of bankrupt property and determining its organizer"

The draft order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 17, 2015 No. 178 "On approval of Rules for electronic auctions for the sale of the bankrupt's assets and determining its organizers" (hereinafter – Draft order) developed in the framework of the legal monitoring of regulatory legal acts in accordance with article 50 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On legal acts".

The draft order provides for editorial and clarifying edits, elimination of duplicate paragraphs, correction of grammatical and punctuation errors, as well as bringing the Rules into line with the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The draft order is posted on the Internet portal of open regulatory legal acts (http://legalacts.egov.kz ) on September 6, 2021.

The deadline for public discussion of the Draft Order is until September 20, 2021.
