According to the video materials concerning the thematic tax audit

Video materials about the actions of state revenue officials during inspections of vehicles coming from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic are distributed on the network. 

In this regard, we inform you that within the framework of the risk management system, thematic tax audits are conducted in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in relation to risky carriers. Inspections are carried out for compliance of the goods declared in shipping documents with the cargo actually transported.

At the same time, during the inspection, drivers independently open boxes / bags and, in accordance with the Tax Code, provide access to the objects being checked.

Please note that state revenue officials only compare information, and therefore, the opening of packages presented in the video is the responsibility of carriers.

"In general, the inspections are explained by a large number of detected violations during the movement of goods from the Kyrgyz Republic. Thus, since the beginning of this year, 1,121 risky vehicles have been checked within the framework of the risk management system, undeclared products were established in 1,067 (95%) cases. At the same time, only 0.9% of all vehicles that entered from the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic were checked."

Regarding the accusations of misappropriation of goods by state revenue officials, we inform you that this information also does not correspond to reality, since the inspection of the transported cargo is carried out in the presence of the carrier, which ensures full transparency and reliability of the inspection.

In this regard, for the dissemination of deliberately false information discrediting the honor and dignity of another person or undermining his/her reputation, the state revenue authorities are preparing a lawsuit to the judicial authorities."
