On June 18, 2021 at 15:00 p.m. live on the YouTube channel of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (kgd.gov.kz ) a webinar will be held on: "Topical issues related to the appeals of business entities to the court on application of the rehabilitation procedure."

The speaker will be Shaimerdenov Almas Kamalovich, the head of the Department for work with debts and insolvent debtors of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The speaker will talk about the use of the rehabilitation procedure: who and how can apply, for how long, in what cases can rehabilitation procedures be applied, what privileges are granted to the taxpayer.

At the end of the meeting, the representative of the SRC of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan will answer questions on the topic of the webinar.
