The information system "Electronic invoices" will be unavailable on 08.04.2021 from 22: 00 to 09.04.2021 at 00: 15 hours, Nur-Sultan time, due to the update of the system.

 

Dear taxpayers!

 

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that on 08.04.2021, from 22:00 to 09.04.2021, 00:15 hours, Nur-Sultan time, the information system "Electronic Invoices" will be updated.
The update of the system will be carried out in order to add the following functionality:
1) Adding the possibility of registration of SNT for alcoholic beverages in sections G4 and G5 with the indication of the operation code "shipment of AP by a wholesaler at retail" or "shipment of AP by a manufacturer at retail" to an unallocated warehouse.
2) Optimization of format and logic control in terms of mandatory filling in fields 53. "Supplier's license number" and 54. "Supplier's address under license license verification", as well as checking these fields for compliance with the data specified in the license;
3) Adding the ability to change the currency code and exchange rate in the corrected SNT;
4) On the WEB portal of the IS ESF, when choosing a product from a warehouse in the SNT, the calculation and display of the number of free balances are added;
5) In the warehouse log, the upload to the excel file is updated in the part of adding the upload of attributes:
 Processing of toll-free raw materials;
 Warehouse for leasing;
 Flag of a public warehouse;
 Priority warehouse;

 USD Warehouse;

6) On the WEB portal of the ESF IS added the ability to confirm or reject the SNT when viewing the SNT form;
The Electronic Invoices information system will not be available for the specified period of time.
