Dear taxpayers!

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs you that on 18.03.2021, from 22:00 to 19.03.2021, 00:15 hours, Nur-Sultan time, the information system "Electronic Invoices" will be updated.

The update of the system will be carried out in order to optimize the modules "Accompanying invoices for goods", "Virtual warehouse" in part:

Use the unit of measurement "Liter" in section G4 "Beer and beer drinks". Added the ability to specify in the field "Quantity (bottles, cans, kegs, packages, liters)" three decimal places for the unit of measurement "Liters»;
Registration of the SNT for the return of goods during the processing of tolling raw materials. Removed the message "No confirmation of the SNT is required" and added the ability to confirm the SNT for return by the processor when registering the SNT for return by the giver to the processor's warehouse with the sign " Processing of tolling raw materials»;
Optimization of the mechanism for comparing TNF 328.00 with imported SNT after the goods are written off from the aircraft. Added the ability to compare the TNF 328.00 with the SNT for import after partial or complete write-off of the product with the importer's SUN or NP along the chain.
Optimization of the "Production" form in terms of using PIN codes. Added verification of the PIN code belonging to the manufacturer, in the production form you can select only those pins that belong to the manufacturer (in the pin code directory, you can see the owner of the pin code),;
Optimization of the mechanism of registration of the SNT to the operator. Added a check in the part of filling in the fields in the F1 section. Agreement (contract) within the framework of the USDAS/PSA of the field "Number" 46. and "Date" 47., and the presence of marks (USD or PSA) in section B. Supplier details. When filling in the fields Number 48. and Date 49., the presence of marks (USD or PSA) in the section C. Details of the recipient.
The Electronic Invoices information system will not be available for the specified period of time.
