Features of judicial practice in the consideration of administrative cases of state revenue bodies, as well as issues of administrative practice

In accordance with the Plan for seminars on advanced training of employees of state revenue agencies approved by the order of the Chairman of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan №1395 dated 26.12.2025, in the period from 14 - On October 16, 2026, the Educational and Methodological Center jointly with the Legal Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a remote seminar on the topic: "Features of judicial practice in the consideration of administrative cases of state revenue authorities, as well as issues of administrative practice" through the ZOOM platform.

The purpose of the event is administrative legal proceedings, which are fair, impartial and timely resolution of administrative cases in order to effectively protect and restore violated or disputed rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of individuals, rights and legitimate interests of legal entities in public relations. The seminar was attended by employees of the territorial state revenue authorities.

A lecture was given to the seminar participants using ZOOM, and the lecturers were:

- Venera Kozhekenova - Chief Expert of the Legal Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

- Aida Umbetalieva - Chief Expert of the Legal Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The participants of the seminar asked questions to the lecturer, to which comprehensive answers were given.

At the end of the seminar, 106 participants received electronic certificates of successful professional development.
