Amendments to the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on universal declaration

   In the period from October 12 to October 14, 2026, the Educational and Methodological Center, together with the Department of Personal Income Administration of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, held a remote seminar on the topic: "Amendments to the new Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan on universal declaration."

The purpose of the event is to explain the main goals of universal declaration aimed at ensuring fair taxation, effective control of personal income and reducing the level of the shadow economy. The seminar was attended by employees of the territorial state revenue authorities.

A lecture was given to the seminar participants via the ZOOM platform, during which the lecturer was:

- Lazzat Imangeldievna Murzagalieva – Deputy Head of the Department of Personal Income Administration of the State Duma of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Gulden Seitakhmetovna Khasenova is the Chief Expert of the Department of Personal Income Administration of the State Duma of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The participants of the seminar asked the lecturers questions, to which comprehensive answers were given.

At the end of the seminar, 176 participants received certificates of successful professional development.
