About carrying out technical work in the IS ESF

    The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that on May 9, 2026, from 00:00 to 02:00, technical work will be carried out in the Electronic Invoices information system.

   The Electronic Invoices information system will not be available during the specified time period.      

    In this regard, if necessary, taxpayers have the right to issue a CPT, an ESF and enter it into the ESF IP for May 9, 2026.:      

     − an invoice issued on paper within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from May 10, 2026;    

     − an accompanying bill of lading for the goods, issued on paper within 3 (three) business days from May 12, 2026.      

     However, penalties will not be applied.
