About carrying out technical work in the IS ESF

Dear taxpayers!       

The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that on April 30, 2026, from 13:00 to 14:00, technical work will be carried out in the Electronic Invoices information system. The Electronic Invoices information system will not be available during the specified time period.      

In this regard, if necessary, taxpayers have the right to issue a CPT, an ESF and enter it into the ESF IP for April 30, 2026.:      

− an invoice issued on paper within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from May 1, 2026;    

− an accompanying bill of lading for the goods, issued on paper within 3 (three) business days from May 4, 2026.      

However, penalties will not be applied.
