On Conducting Testing of the Module «Application for Release of Goods Prior to Submission of Goods Declaration»

         The Committee of State Revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan informs that the module «Application for Release of Goods Prior to Submission of Goods Declaration» (hereinafter – ARG) of the «ASTANA-1» information system (Keden) is scheduled to be launched in the second decade of January 2026.

       The changes provide for the automation and digitalization of paper documents. In particular, requests sent by the customs authority and the declarant’s responses to such requests are automated; the deadlines for submitting goods declarations after a Free Trade Agreement (FTA) are automatically calculated and filled in; it is possible to upload a large number of goods using the “File Import” functionality, among other features.

      In this regard, starting from November 17, 2025, testing of the «Goods Release Prior to Submission of Goods Declaration» module of the «ASTANA-1» (Keden) information system will commence.

      The testing will be conducted online. Anyone interested may participate.

      The schedule for joint testing, video tutorials, user manuals, and contact information are published on the test portal of the «ASTANA-1» (Keden) information system – https://test-keden.kgd.gov.kz.
