In 2024, the Public Association “East Kazakhstan Youth Information and Analytical Agency” conducted a public monitoring of the quality of public services as part of the state social order placed by the Agency. In the course of the sociological study, over 12,000 respondents were surveyed regarding 70 types of public services.
The public monitoring was carried out to determine the level of satisfaction of service recipients with the quality, accessibility, and procedures for providing public services, as well as to identify problem areas in the delivery of public services.
A sociological study was conducted on two types of government services provided by the Ministry: "Application of the extrajudicial bankruptcy procedure" and "Issuance of a license for the storage and retail sale of alcoholic products, except for activities related to storage and retail sale of alcoholic products at the place of their production."
According to the survey results of respondents who applied for the government service "Application of the extrajudicial bankruptcy procedure" in 2024, the satisfaction rate was 4.70 points (79.8%).
According to the survey of respondents who applied in 2024 for the state service 'Issuance of a license for the storage and retail sale of alcoholic products, except for the storage and retail sale of alcoholic products at the location of their production,' the satisfaction rate was 4.84 points (89.5%).
