In 2025, the Public Association "East Kazakhstan Youth Information and Analytical Agency," within the framework of the state social order placed by the Agency, conducted public monitoring of the quality of state services. During the sociological study, more than 12 thousand respondents were interviewed for 70 types of civil services.
The sociological study was carried out on 3 types of public services provided by state revenue bodies: "Setting and deregistration of cash registers (CRM)," "Offsetting and tax refunds, payments to the budget, penalties, fines," "Return of value added tax from the budget."
According to the State Institution "Registration and Deregistration of Cash Registers (CRM)" - 164 service recipients were surveyed. About 63% of respondents are women, the proportion of men was 37.2%. Most of the respondents are representatives of age groups 30-39 years old (46.3%) and 40-49 years old (36.6%). The average satisfaction score was 4.53 points (57.4%) (e-government portal 4.39 (44.0%), Authorized state body 4.66 (69.9%)).
According to the State Institution "Return of value added tax from the budget" - 96 service recipients, 80.2% of men, 19.8% of women became participants in the survey. At the age of 22-29, there were 16.7% of respondents, 30-39 - 44.8%, 40-49 - 33.3%, 50-59 children - 5.2%. The average satisfaction score was 4.88 points (89.4%) (e-government portal 4.89 (91.1%), Authorized state body 4.86 (87.8%)).
According to the State Institution "Conducting offsets and tax refunds, payments to the budget, penalties, fines" - 753 respondents took part in the survey, of which 248 were women (32.9%) and 505 men (67.1%), age categories 22-29 years old (12.0%), 30-39 years old (41.3%), 40-49 years old (42.5%), 50-59 years old (4.2%). In 47.8% of cases, service recipients were legal entities, in 47.4% - individuals and in 4.8% - individuals in the status of individual entrepreneurs. The average satisfaction score was 4.93 points (92.1%) (e-government portal 4.94 (94.1%), Authorized state body 4.90 (90.0%)).
