Information on work with citizens' appeals in the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan for the 1st quarter of 2025
The State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan received 7,607 requests from legal entities and individuals in the first quarter of 2025, the largest number of requests were received on issues of customs administration. Of the 7,607 requests received from legal entities and individuals, 4,883 requests were reviewed, of which 5,878 were processed through the administrative procedure and 355 through the simplified procedure.
