In 2024, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan received 23,623 applications from legal entities and individuals, the largest number of applications were received on issues of customs administration.
Of the 23,623 applications received from legal entities and individuals, 15,451 applications were considered, of which 19,746 were processed through the administrative procedure, and 1,532 through the simplified procedure.
