"On amendments to the Order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated February 16, 2018 No. 208 "On some issues of the use of cash registers"
The project was developed in implementation of the order of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated March 7, 2024 No. 11-05/07-1356 dated March 18.
In 2024, regarding the regulatory consolidation of the need to enter codes for the Commodity Nomenclature of Foreign Economic Activity (hereinafter referred to as HS) or a Single Nomenclature Directory of Goods, Works and Services (hereinafter referred to as HS). – in receipts and electronic invoices according to the classifiers and amendments to regulatory legal acts regarding the inclusion of requirements for the provision of relevant information (address, geolocation, telephone number) in the provision of public services "Registration and de-registration of cash registers" The implementation of the Project will not require the allocation of funds from the national budget.
The adoption of the Project will not entail negative socio-economic and/or legal consequences.
The purpose of the Project is to establish the need for the introduction of HS or EN TR codes in receipts and electronic invoices according to classifiers and to provide information (address, geolocation, phone number) in the provision of public services "Registration and de-registration of cash registers)", as well as the development by operators of fiscal data service for monitoring reception from control-cash registers and data transmission of information about monetary settlements to the state revenue authorities.
The project complies with international treaties ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan and decisions of international organizations to which the Republic of Kazakhstan is a party.
