To date, out of 42 public services provided by state revenue agencies (hereinafter referred to as public services), 38 have been converted to electronic format (or 91%), including 15 are provided on an alternative basis through the State Corporation Government for Citizens, 13 services are provided on an alternative basis (in electronic form).
In 2023, OGD provided a total of 20,614,337 public services, of which 20,461,669 or 99.3% were provided electronically.
Currently, out of 42 electronic public services of the OGD, 17 public services (40%) have been transferred to mobile applications.
