In 2024, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan received 5 814 requests from legal entities and individuals, the largest number of requests were received on issues of customs administration.
Of the 5 814 requests received from legal entities and individuals, 3 782 requests were considered, of which 2 524 were processed through the administrative procedure, and 1 258 through the simplified procedure.
