In 2023, the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan received 22,441 requests from legal entities and individuals, the largest number of requests were received on issues of customs administration.
Of the 22,441 requests received from legal entities and individuals, 15,953 requests were considered, of which 8,493 were processed through the administrative procedure, and 7,460 through the simplified procedure.
Some of the frequently received questions from taxpayers are the legalization of motor vehicles, issues of categorizing all taxpayers by assigning them to low, medium or high risk categories on a quarterly basis, as well as issues of bankruptcy of individuals.
